"Trouble with bedtime leaks"
George
“The last few packs that we’ve had of these premium pants have been very disappointing. We are now having several nights a week where our daughter will wake up due to leaks through to the pyjamas and bedsheets. The nappy itself appears to be not full when this happens, so presumably it is leaking due to a poor seal. However, we have tried moving sizes from size 5 to 6 and we have still observed the same problem. We might have to explore other brands to see if their fit is better.”
Response from Pampers
We’re very sorry to hear of your disappointment, George. We certainly don’t want your little girl to experience leaks. As we’d really appreciate the opportunity to look into this, please could you give us a call or send an email? Our contact page can be found at https://www.pampers.co.uk/contact-us. "Quality changed Premium Protection Nappy Pants"
Alice
“Clearly the product has been changed to lower quality but kept in the same ‘premium’ packaging and price point. Always been the best nappies never had any leaks with pampers until now. The nappy is clearly thinner and less protection around legs they also feel cheap and rough to touch. We’ve had multiple nighttime leaks since these have changed. Pampers also haven’t said it’s a new design when it’s clearly changed and not told customers. Will have to change brands if these are not changed back to old design. We shouldn’t pay premium prices for a cheaper alternative to the original product which was great!”
Response from Pampers
We’re very sorry to hear you’ve been disappointed in the performance of our Active Fit Nappy Pants, Alice, and we can understand how frustrating those leaks have been. There has been some changes made to this range which was introduced in July this year. Our nappy pants now feature leg cuffs that are now 2x wider than before, to help catch runny wee and poo leaking down baby's legs. Also, our new Stop & Protect System combines three of our best protection features in one nappy pant: The Stop & Protect Pocket, the Flexible 360˚ waistband and the 2x wider leg cuffs. Feedback is very important to us, so we would really like to speak to you further about your experience. Therefore, please call our careline on 0800 328 3281 (UK) or 1800 535 124 (ROI). Our lines are open Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm excluding bank holidays. You can also email us here: https://www.pampers.co.uk/contact-us - Your Pampers team
"Badly leaks"
Chloe
“This review is being written at midnight, after three days of having to completely change my baby and their cot sheet at various times in the night due to the nappy pants completely leaking through. My baby has never been a good sleeper, but this has made it so much worse. He is waking up uncomfortable, and due to needing to be changed, is becoming wide awake. This then means a fight to get him back to sleep. Do not recommend. Signed, a tired mother who has reached new lengths of tiredness she didn't know was possible.”

"Not what they were"
Amy
“I’ve used these nappy pants with both my children and they have been excellent. However, in the latest packet I’ve bought the nappy pants are an inferior product to those in previous packets. We’ve now had leaks the past 3 out of 5 nights. What’s happened to the once excellent product?”
Response from Pampers
We’re sorry to hear you've recently experienced leaking with our nappy pants, Amy. As we’d really like to help with this, please could you keep hold of the remaining product and packaging, and reach out to us either via phone or email?
