Dr Louisa Gossé is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Birkbeck BabyLab & ToddlerLab, Birkbeck University of London. In 2021 she finished her PhD at Birkbeck as part of an industrial EU-funded Marie-Curie project. During her doctoral research on infant sleep she also worked at the Procter & Gamble German Innovation Centre. Her research focuses on understanding how sleep early on in life can impact development in different ways. To study this question she is using various methods like fNIRS, EEG, eye-tracking, parent report and actigraphy and longitudinal analysis techniques in different age groups and populations.
