Claire is a dedicated nurse with 37 years of experience in neonatal care. Passionate about supporting families, she has been honored with the Patient Champion of the Year and Neonatal Nurse of the Year Awards in the UK. She has also developed a widely-used parent support system and contributed to the field through co-authoring a chapter in a Neonatal Nursing Handbook and publishing several articles. As a Care Coordinator for the Northern Neonatal Network, she founded the National Care Coordinator Group, valuing parents as partners in care and shaping practices based on their feedback. Since 2022, she is collaborating with Pampers, helping shape resources for preemies. Her commitment to delivering quality care and enhancing the neonatal experience remains unwavering.
