Pampers Preemie Protection

Our smallest nappies ever!
Pampers Preemie Protection
  1. Nappy

Pampers is proud to launch our smallest nappy ever, specially designed with neo natal (NICU) nurses to meet the specific needs of the smallest premature babies. Introducing our new Pampers Preemie Protection Size P3 nappy, which is three sizes smaller than a regular newborn nappy and suitable for babies born weighing as little as 1.8lb / 800g.

Pampers Preemie Protection nappies are available in sizes:
• P1 (for babies weighing <5lb/ 2.7kg)
• P2 (for babies weighing <4lb/ 1.8kg)
• P3 (for babies weighing <1.8lb/ 0.8kg)

The brand new P3, our smallest nappy ever, has a narrower nappy core to better fit between the baby’s legs, as well as all-over fastening, cuffs that gently seal around baby’s delicate legs, and an absorbing liner that pulls wetness and mess away from baby’s skin to help dryness and comfort.

Our new P2 nappy has also been improved, and is now narrower than the previous version to provide better comfort and fit. P1 is a new size in the range that was not previously available in Europe. We are really excited to be able to launch the new line-up in the UK for the first time, and to make it available to UK & Irish hospitals for free.

To celebrate the amazing fighting spirit these tiny babies show every day, we've launched the #PowerOfBabies campaign and partnered with Bliss (, the UK’s leading charity for babies born premature, to help support these little fighters and their families. Together, we'll celebrate all the babies, especially the ones in neonatal units, and those who care for them. We want to get the nappies to all the little fighters that need them, so will be donating three million of our premature nappies to neonatal units in the UK & Ireland.

Starting today, we are inviting everyone to celebrate the amazing fighting spirit that premature babies show every day by sharing pictures of your children with a raised fist on social media. For every photo shared using #PowerOfBabies Pampers will donate £1 to Bliss.
