Terms and Conditions
a. Rewards / Goods will only be delivered to the address provided upon checkout
b. Allow 4 weeks for delivery of Rewards / Goods.
c. Pampers reserves the right to amend and / or withdraw these Rewards / Goods in total or in part at any time without prior notice and their decision on all matters is final.
d. This reward will be fulfilled by a third party (""the supplier"").
2. The Goods:
a. In the event that the Reward / Goods described in the online catalogue become discontinued or unavailable, the supplier reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative in price and specification without liability. This reward is quoted subject to availability.
3. Delivery Of Goods:
a. In the event that the supplier is prevented or delayed from delivering the Reward / Goods due to causes beyond its control, then the supplier shall be entitled to postpone delivery for an additional period of 30 days. If the delay is more than 30 days you can cancel the order by contacting Club Pampers. A full address including a named recipient, post code, Telephone Number and e-mail address is required for delivery purposes.
b. Note: Some deliveries may require a signature upon delivery.
c. Delivery is only available for addresses in United Kingdom, orders with delivery addresses outside United Kingdom will be rejected.
4. Title And Risk:
a. The Reward / Goods shall be at your risk as from the time of delivery.
5. Damage Or Loss:
a. The supplier at its sole discretion will replace the Reward / Goods lost or damaged on delivery to the designated premises if a claim has been made to us within five working days of loss or non-delivery or within 48 hours of receipt of defective or damaged Reward / Goods.
b. The supplier shall be under no liability whatsoever for consequential loss or damage of any description in respect of any Reward / Goods supplied, repaired, converted and for services rendered.
c. Reward / Goods supplied as ordered may not be returned for credit without the consent of Pampers and any Reward / Goods which are returned without consent may be refused.
d. If a reward is received damaged please retain all packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receipt and if faulty please retain all packaging and contact Club Pampers within 28 days of receipt.
a. In the event that Reward / Goods supplied become faulty within the manufacturer's warranty period, please contact the Pampers call centre to arrange potential repair or replacement.
b. Returned Reward / Goods must be accompanied with all accessories and documentation which gives full details of the fault. Any Reward / Goods received without this information cannot be processed.
