  • A: Yes, it’s free to download and join Pampers Club.

  • Q: Is there a membership card?
  • A:No, there is no membership card; your account is the app on your smartphone. That way you can earn points for all of your Pampers purchases in any UK retailer.

  • Q: Can I sign up using my Pampers.co.uk login details?
  • A:Yes, if you have already joined Pampers.co.uk you can use the same login details for the app. You will need to download the app from Google Play or the App Store.

  • Q: How do I earn points?
  • A:Scan your receipts.
    Every time you purchase a Pampers product, open the app and take a photo of your receipt. Collect points If the receipt is valid, within one hour you’ll receive 10 points for every £1 you’ve spent. Just for joining, you’ll already get a bonus 500 points! Redeem them for coupons and gifts from our reward catalogue.

  • Q: What is a valid receipt?
  • A:A receipt from any major UK retailer, in store or online, for any Pampers purchase in the last 30 days.

  • Q: Can I use receipts from an online retailer?
  • A:Yes, you can take a photo of the receipt from an online purchase, make sure the Pampers item, the date and the name of the retailer are all visible.

  • Q: Which retailer receipts give me points?
  • A:Receipts from all major UK retailers, including (but not limited to) Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Ocado, Amazon, Boots, Superdrug, Wilkinson’s, Morrisons.

  • Q: Are all Pampers products included?
  • A:Yes, any Pampers purchase in the UK within the last 30 days.

  • Q: Do I get the points for the full price or the discounted price?
  • A:The points added to your account will be for the amount shown beside Pampers on the receipt. For example, if the receipt shows £8 beside Pampers there will be 80 points added.

  • Q: How long after my purchase do I have to convert it into points?
  • A:30 days from the date shown on your receipt from a UK retailer.

  • Q: How long does it take for the points to appear on my account?
  • A:Receipts take a maximum of 24 hours to be processed, but are likely to be processed within two hours.

  • Q: Can I order more than one of any gift/coupon?
  • A:Yes, you can. Please see the details under each gift/coupon in the catalogue for the maximum quantity for each item.

  • Q: If I choose a coupon, can I use it in store when there is a deal on Pampers?
  • A:Yes, as long as the coupon is accepted by the chosen retailer. If you choose a coupon from the catalogue, you will receive a unique code and email to then print your coupon. You will need to be on a desktop/laptop to print the coupon.
