i used these for my son and have 2 say i dont like them i always use huggies now and they are really good the silicone came out of them and they are not at all absorbable when my son woke the next morning it was that bad his pants were damp and that upset me that my baby was uncomftable and the wipes pampers and pampers senstive are really dry and dont even clean the mess up properly. i would highly recomens huggies nappies and johnsons extra care baby wipes as my child has never had nappie rash because of those and is now out of nappies

I normally buy tescos or sainsburys nappies but thought I'd try these. Firstly I couldn't believe the width of the panel which soaks up all the mess as it looked so narrow, I wondered if the wee was gonna flood out when he went to the loo! They are so thin!! Also, on pulling one of the tabs to put the nappy on my son it literally came off in my hand! These nappies were so bad that I actually thought that a faulty pack must have been sold!! My sister also tried them and on changing her daughter in the morning the nappy had burst open and she had the nappy beads (which soak up the wee) absolutely everywhere!! Never again!! I bought sainsburys nappies again afterwards and am over the moon with them.

i braught these for my 2 year old daughter, i have always used tesco nappys, (the green packs) and i was very surrprised! pampers is meant to be a great brand! and it has left my daughter with nappy rash, and they hold no wee at all! in the morning when she wakes they are at bursting point.. i am very unhappy.. and this morning .. the do up bits broke!! not buying them again and i would definantly NOT recommend..

I have used pampers on both my 3 mth old and 14 mth old since they were born. I brought these as they were on offer and having never used them before thought that I'd give them a try (after all Pampers in general are really good). I have never been so disgusted in all my life, after only 2 days of wearing them my daughter (3mths) has developed severe nappy rash (never happened before) and blisters which have now started to bleed. The nappy doesn't absorb any wee, even when it's the first one, and when she goes for a poo it bleeds trhough the layers of the nappy. I now have to take her to the doctors for treatment. I have saved no money as they have all been thrown in the bin and I have had to go out and buy new baby again. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. DO NOT USE THESE AT ALL. THEY SHOULD HAVE A HAZARDOUS TO HEALTH WARNING ATTACHED!

I have just bought these super dry nappies for my 11month old a couple of days ago and i am not impressed with their quality, i have woken up to gel from the nappies all over her bedroom floor twice now. I have just taken one out of the pack which was stuck together on the wrong side, these nappies should be taken off the market as they are causing chaos. All in all. Not at all impressed

Oh my god! I have just woken up and my baby was sitting next to me in our bed. Her bum was soaking and as she did a wee it came out the actual body of the nappy (not the gap in the leg) and all over my arm! I couldn't believe it! When I took the nappy off it was absolutely saturated. Never happened before with any other nappy. My poor baby had obviously a soaked bottom all night and it was really red. I had to bath her immediately. This is the first time we have used these nappies. I am shocked at the bad quality. Will never use them at night again that's for sure. I am going to take these ones back. I know they are cheaper nappies, but I have used different cheap supermarket brand and they are far more superior to these!

very disapoined pampers simly dry my 14 month old daughter came out in blisters and was red raw after using these only 2 days never suffered nappy rash before very strange maybe theres something wrong with the nappies! i change her every hour ish so its not that its been on too long rash and blisters dissapeared when i went back to baby dry.

I'm not quite sure what Pampers are trying to achieve here. There is very little product information out there and they are clearly using cheaper materials to make the nappies. They also appear to be aiming their price point towards competing with supermarket brands. I found that the baby dry nappies leak alot now that my son is 10 months old and have had to change brands. However, I've also found over the 10 month period that, as he grows, I have to switch between the two leading brands intermittently due to his changing shape. Pampers tend to suit babies with a wider girth (bigger bellies) better. I won't be trying the Simply Dry brand anytime soon.

bought Pampers Simply Dry after my 14 week old baby seemed to be going through more New Baby nappies than previously. I think she had been simply weeing more and the nappies weren’t containing all substances. So I decided that maybe it was time to move her from the New Baby brand to an alternative Pampers brand of nappy. The TV advert gave positive comments about Pampers Simply Dry and as she isn’t yet sleeping through the night properly, I thought that these would be a good option, trusting the Pampers brand. I decided against Pampers Baby Dry (12 hours of dryness!) as of the fact she isn’t yet sleeping through the night and the ‘golden sleep’ slogan wouldn’t apply. I have been very disappointed with the Pampers Simply Dry product. After only 3 days of use, my daughter has developed a sore bottom (that she has never had before with the New Baby nappies). When changing her nappy there is wee (in droplets) on her skin. The packaging of Pampers Simply Dry mentions that they have "super absorption". This doesn’t seem to be the case. The feel of the inside of the nappy is very wet, rather than the New baby brand which was dry to touch. Her nappy is changed on a regular basis and the sore bottom is not likely to be as the nappy has been left on her for too long. I feel let down by the Pampers range, as I feel that I have been misled. Nappies are not cheap and I have now had to go any buy more alternative nappies rather than risk using the Pampers Simply Dry ones and them to irritate my daughter’s bottom further. I understand that the Pampers Simply Dry range may be a 'cheaper' product that Baby Dry or New Baby, but when I have to buy more nappies and not use the 60 that I have, this does seem to be a waste of money and time taken to calm my uncomfortable daughter. Very disappointed with the product. I now have 60 nappies n a cupboard that am never going to use - not even in an emergancy! I have wrote to Pampers, but have yet to recieve any response.

my daughter is 18mnths doesnt wake up in the night and normaly wears pamers no 5 i tried simply dry nappies and my daughter leaked throw her nappy . i was disgusted the wipes are to rough on her bum and made her sore . i dont think these nappies should b on the market ! very disapointed customer :(

I was interested to read Hayley's comments as I had a very similar experience. My son reacted very badly to these nappies and has never reacted to any disposables before - even supermarket own brand ones. He came out in a severe nappy rash, with large blisters that took a week or so to clear up. When the blisters burst, there were open sores on his bottom. Very nasty indeed. I can only presume he is allergic to the gel in this range of nappies. I would love to know the ingredients in this particular range so I can work out what it is he has reacted so badly to and avoid it in future.

i think these new nappies are brilliant, my daughter used to wake during the night in other nappies wanting her nappy changing, but in these she will happily sleep for at least 12 hrs. we have had no problems with nappy rashes or anything else. we have changed and will now be using these nappies all the time

I disagree with the above comments. My son is a big 6month old with a good appitite for food and milk. He has had no leaking, no soreness or redness and he wears them during a 12-13hr sleep at night as well as during the day! I find them good for the price and I have tried most other cheaper nappies to save money and these are one of the better ones.

I went to the local supermarket andpurchased the wipes and nappies. The nappies are too small for my daughter she is wearing the biggest size they have size 5which is suppose to be for her weight. I agree I have to change her more often and she finds the band digs into her tummy. She has not had any soreness as of yet. I cannot put these on her at night as they do not hold as well as active of another leading brand. As for the wipes to small and not thick or wet enough...that 1cm makes a differences when faced with a rather dirty bottom. I will be going back to active or another leading brand when they finish.

I used the new pampers simply dry and found them dangerous. The elastication of the nappy caused severe nappy rash and red raw blisters on my sons bottom after three days of using them . He screamed for days and days because of the pain he was in. I sent the nappies back to pampers and they had them tested in the lab. They said they came back with no problems? Rubbish! I use different washing powder/fabric conditioner and other products on my son's skin and never had a problem with sensitive with him. I have contacted trading standards and would recommend others to do the same . I think this product is dangerous and should be taken off the shelves. Tv advert says tested on 71 babys in germany, Is that all! , 71 babys out of the whole world and only tested in one country! im considering going to local papers with a picture of the damage on my sons bottom.

Totally agree with the majority of Mums who think they are no good. I've also been using Pampers since my Daughter was born in February & never had a problem until now i tried these. Bought a pack of 50 last Thursday & only got 5 left this morning, im having to change her every one to two hours as the nappy feels heavy & smelly & her bottom has felt damp!!! We've also had a few accidents as they aren't a good fit. Would never buybthen again!!!

Have always used Pampers for my Daugter and tried these BUT what a let down. My Daugter was telling us she was wet and she was so sore, she does not suffer nappy sores much but every time used these nappies she was red raw. stoped using them and had to go and by the proper good pampers. I would recomend people do NOT buy these they are a wast of money.

i bought pampers simply dry and they are a waste of time because my son is always wet. I have always used pampers since he was born and this is a let down. Now i have to go and buy more nappies which is very annoying.So don't anyone bother with these there a waste of your money. plus he has a sore bottom and this has never happened i am very disappointed with pampers.

My daughter always uses pampers for her twin sons. I bought two packs of the new simply dry nappies. not a good move , wet through by the morning, will not buy again. Back to the tried and tested.

I have to add that I am not impressed with these at all. I have always used Pampers through my baby's development stages as I have found they are the best to keep my baby dry. I thought I would try these but within an hour she was telling me she was wet and when I changed her you could feel how wet the nappy was and she was sore. They don't lock the wetness at all and are even worse at night. After 24 hours of using these I have had to go and buy some new nappies, so a total waste of money really. Wouldn't recommend!! Active fit and baby dry are brilliant though.

i have recently tried these nappies and found that they do not lock in wetness very well and found that have to change baby alot more often as after 2hours bottom becomes very red and would not purchase these again
